SHIPPING

All charlotteandblondell.com orders are packaged in an unmarked gift box to encourage reuse, repurpose and recycle.  Please note we do not carry inventory and no two designs are exactly alike.  If you have any questions concerning a specific item please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

All orders are processed and shipped via United States Postal Service ("USPS") Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted.  We offer complimentary Ground shipping on all orders within the United States.  For expedited deliveries orders are shipped via USPS Overnight for a flat fee of $35.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing or delivered to the incorrect address.  Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.  Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.  

RETURNS

All items are made customized to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have any questions about any item before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.  Please allow us 48hrs to reply.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com immediately.  Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange or repair.

MODELS

At charlotteandblondell.com we no longer use models to enhance the advertisement of our designs.  We strongly encourage our customers to imagine oneself when wearing our baseball caps.  As women, we have a plethora of imagery shaping our thoughts about what beauty looks like.  We like to say "CREATE YOUR OWN BEAUTIFUL, EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKEN"!!

Due to aggressive knock-offs and fraudulent sales charlotteandblondell.com no longer advertises or affiliates on any social media platform.  Any purchase outside our direct to consumer website should be considered fraudulent.
