MODELS

At charlotteandblondell.com, we do not use models to enhance the advertisement of our designs.  We strongly encourage our customers to imagine themselves when wearing our baseball caps.  As women, we are bombarded with a plethora of imagery that shapes our thoughts about what beauty looks like.  We like to say "CREATE YOUR OWN BEAUTIFUL, EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKEN"!!


SHIPPING

All charlotteandblondell.com orders are packaged in an unmarked gift box to encourage reuse, repurpose, and recycle.  Please note we do not carry inventory, and no two designs are exactly alike.  If you have any questions concerning a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.


All orders are processed and shipped via United States Postal Service ("USPS") Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted.  We offer complimentary Ground shipping on all orders within the United States.  For expedited deliveries, orders are shipped via USPS Overnight for a flat fee of $35.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address.  Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.  


CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are final sale.  If you have any questions regarding a custom order, please reach out to us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.


RETURNS

All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.  Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.  If there was a mistake on the part of charlotte & blondell, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.  Your account will be credited within 5-10 business days of return receipt.  You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time.  All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.


If you have any questions about any item before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.  Please allow us 48 hours to reply.


In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you contact us at contact@charlotteandblondell.com immediately.  Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
